Shared Bonus

If we find you a job, any recruitment bonus will be shared with you. Do you have a tip for awesome talent? We will give you a finders fee & share in the outboarding bonus. More information on our bonusing sharing program is available upon request.

We strive to ensure our talent is placed at a job they want with the salary they expect. Talent is welcome to join our events, outtings, BBQS or our office. However, we understand that people have personal lives. Nothing is mandatory nor expected when you join us.

So you are looking for a job
We will sit down with you to fully understand what your skills are and and what your are looking for. This talk will be with our team members with the most experience in your field.

Based on this, together with you, we will create a profile which we can then communicate towards companies. If you have your CV all ready to go and don't want to waste time we will use that.

First we will look within the jobs that have been posted to us and within our network of partner companies. If we feel that these companies are not a match for you, we will actively look for other positions that will fit you.

During the entire process we will keep you up to date regarding potential positions. At the point where you and we feel that you are a good match for the company, we will set up all the interviews and if you want, we will guide you through it.

We will handle the majority of the paperwork so you can focus on what you are currently doing. During this phase you will only have to deal with us and not other parties that suddenly got involved.

As this might be your first rodeo, we are also here to assist you with getting your business set up from Chamber of Commerce registry, bank accounts, the whole shebang.

Send us your job description or the job requirements. One of our team members will be matched with your company to help find you the right person. We will make sure our team member is most qualified to understand the technical requirements of the job, to ensure we don't waste time finding a match.

If needed, they will sit down with you to further fine tune your requirements and expectations to make the best profile out there.

Based on the job profile, we will look within our talent pool and direct network. On the rare occasion that we do not have talent readily available, we will actively go out and look for your best fit.

Only at the point where we feel that a candidate would be suitable for your position, we will discuss your position with them and then propose them to you.

We work directly with your HR or purchasing department, depending on the type of position. With this we ensure quick communication between all parties.

Throughout the entire phase we keep everyone up to date.

About us.

Our entire team together has a background in the IT industry across all
branches ranging from technical positions such as penetration tesing and industrial security
to compliance like ISO 27001 to managerial level.

At one point we decided enough is enough with standard recruiting practices of bothering people
with irrelevant jobs and promising the moon and then ignoring them.

By having been on both sides of the aisle, as job seekers and employers,
with knowledge about the majority of the industry, we feel that we are
the ultimate matchmaker between talent looking for new opportunities and
companies looking for talent.
